What are your opening hours?

  • Tuesday 10.00am to 5.00pm
  • Wednesday 10.00am to 7.00pm
  • Thursday 10.00am to 5.00pm
  • Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm
  • Saturday (3 of 4) 10.00am to 4.00pm
  • Appointments outside these hours may be arranged.

Do you do gift vouchers? Yes they are available all year.

How long do treatments take and how many will I need? This will depend on the treatment required. A full course of each treatment is always recommended for you to really feel the benefit.

Will I need to have treatments for the rest of my life? No, this will not be necessary. However, if you enjoy the treatments and just come for pure relaxation, then there is nothing to prevent you coming for as long as you want, providing the therapist is made aware of any health changes/problems.

I am on medication, will the therapy affect this? That will depend on what the medication is being taken for, which is why a full consultation is carried out before any treatment.

I have this pain, can you cure it? We do not claim to cure anything nor do we diagnose, but we do hope that we can improve your health and ease any pain.

Can reflexology help with pregnancy? It has been known to help and also to ease the pain of labour.

When having a full body massage, do I have to undress totally? No, you may keep your underclothes on, you are covered with towels and when the therapist needs to work on a certain area of the body, only that part is exposed. The abdomen and buttocks are part of Swedish massage but if the client does not want those areas massaged that is perfectly OK.

Do I need to let my doctor know that I am going for complementary therapy? If being treated for cancer or any other medical condition that requires medication and medical follow-up, the therapist will seek written approval from your doctor before any treatment begins. If you are in good health and go for complementary therapy to relax and de-stress, then you do not need to tell your doctor.
